Rockford recently renovated a 30-unit condominium complex that was devastated during Hurricane Ian. Having led the rebuild efforts, our team worked with individual condominium owners on interior improvements resulting from water and wind damage.

The project also included installation of a new roof, all new sitework, landscaping, dune restoration, pool renovation as well as the renovation of the tennis and pickleball courts.
