Rockford renovated an existing warehouse into a modern office space for Comfort Research, a product design and manufacturing company. The new space features glass conference room walls with opaque glass film, sleek lighting fixtures, an 80’x30’ floating ceiling cloud and turf flooring. The existing building was in poor condition which required the team to make extensive upgrades, including all new windows and the installation of an elevator. It was an occupied renovation, so additional considerations were made for safety and logistics.
