This project involved the renovation of approximately 6,030 square feet on the garden level of United Hospital, encompassing the Cancer Center, Sleep Lab and a small section of administrative space. The scope included a complete interior demolition and remodel to create a modern, functional environment featuring 12 infusion bays, four exam rooms, a wellness lounge, two sleep labs and all necessary support spaces and infrastructure. In addition to the interior upgrades, the project will require the relocation of the exterior entrance to better support patient and staff access.
