Rockford completed the renovation of Grand Rapids Community College’s (GRCC) Ford Fieldhouse while the campus was active. This took careful planning and logistics to ensure the safety of students, faculty and community members. Renovations included new lighting in the gymnasium, refreshed entry and commons area, all new locker rooms (men’s athletic, women’s athletic and public locker rooms), three renovated classrooms, coaches offices and health club. The facility also received new A/C.

The finished project offers a state-of-the-art fieldhouse providing GRCC the ability to maximize use for its various programs housed within the facility, from exercise science to the police academy training.
