To provide faster delivery to clients, Behler-Young expanded their warehouse, allowing them to house more goods for distribution. Rockford utilized innovative construction approaches and locally sourced construction materials. To avoid construction delays caused by traditional roofing material shortages, our team installed insulated metal panel roofing.

The Ductilcrete floor is “super-flat,” allowing higher material stacking and level racking.
A majority of materials including steel, site concrete, crushed concrete and roofing panels were all sourced from suppliers near the jobsite, reducing environmental impact and costs.
