Our team also recycled 1,250 tons of steel, along with thousands of fluorescent light bulbs. More than 94% of the building waste from the former facility was able to be reused or recycled. The result is a cleaner construction site, less waste and less trucking to bring material on site.
A cohesive campus was created for Corewell Health through new vertical construction, major renovation, structured parking, and collaborative learning space to streamline system-wide operations. Advanced laser scanning, integrated design processes, and BIM-driven coordination reduced costs and improved precision at every stage.
The campus includes an on-site fitness facility, game room for employees and a large, dedicated event space.
