Located along Lake St. Clair in Harrison Township, the Macomb County Sheriff Marine Division Headquarters plays a vital role in keeping the community safe with over 30 miles of shoreline and numerous smaller lakes. The division was created in 1956 to respond to a growing population in the area and increased use of the local waterways; however, their building had not been updated since 1985.

Modernized with administrative and dispatch offices, locker rooms, a boat garage with five adjustable boat wells and a maintenance garage with dive team facilities, the headquarters will continue to serve the community for decades to come.
Outfitted with the right tools and resources to serve the community, the 14,000 sq. ft. facility allows the team to continue their proactive water patrol presence, boater education and other water enforcement.
