Our medical device manufacturer client’s new warehouse expansion adds 200,000 sq. ft. of racking and storage space along with office and break room space to an existing structure. The building boasts a pair of overhead cranes, one 200 feet and one 50 feet in length.

Rockford leveraged an alternative roofing process to avoid material shortages during construction, and the building can maintain internal temperatures of roughly 70 degrees through use of energy-efficient design and passive cooling systems.
