Rockford Construction was involved in the construction of a new mixed-use, mixed-income development in downtown Grand Rapids. The main floor consists of common space, a multi-purpose room for all tenants, as well as four market-rate apartments and future commercial lease space. Floors two and three consist of subsidized apartments. In all, 435 LaGrave features 24 units with balconies, patios and kitchen appliances.
435 LaGrave also includes dedicated housing that is designated as Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). Of the 24 units, six are designated as PSH for 18-24 year-olds who previously aged out of the foster care system.
