Originally built by Rockford in 2004, 70 Ionia was the first Class A office space to be built in downtown Grand Rapids in 15 years. The innovative design of 70 Ionia features a glass sculpture which is illuminated at night and added a new landmark to the South Arena District.The building serves mixed-use tenants with a blend of corporate offices as well as entertainment venues. Rockford continues to serve tenants through property management as well as construction needs.
