Rockford completed new construction of American House Coconut Point, a senior living community in Estero, Florida. This 180,000 sq. ft., 194-unit facility offers independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments. Other amenities include a pool, putting green, shuffleboard, theater, game rooms, salon, food service and landscaped courtyards.
