As part of the larger Boston Square Together project, the new Community Hub invests in the historically underserved Boston Square neighborhood with access to amenities and services not previously available to residents. The two-story Hub features a 240-person event space, programming space for Amplify GR, a community cafe, after school programming, public collaboration work space and a clinic operated by Corewell Health.

The first phase of the project included demolition and renovation of the existing building, previously home to the Living Word Christian Center. As part of Phase 1, our team raised the roof four feet to accommodate a second floor, while the second phase included new construction.
