Aquinas College's new student housing building added 64 beds to the campus. Built in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council's standards for sustainable construction and design, the three-story building incorporates several green elements such as stormwater collection systems, on-site rain gardens, and state-of-the-art HVAC and electrical systems.
