For law firm Barnes & Thornburg, a renewed office space was needed to help maintain company culture and continue attracting top-notch talent. Working with the building’s property management company, Rockford coordinated construction activities to minimize disruption to building occupants. We self-performed the necessary trades work, including finish carpentry, metal framework and more to maintain a high level of quality. Throughout the project, we also took care to protect floors and elevators – implementing cleaning efforts each day – as we worked across the space’s two floors. The completed office boasts high-end finishes, glass walls, and custom panels and reflects Barnes & Thornburg’s commitment to environments that support both talent and culture.
