Beacon Hill at Eastgate — West End expansion marks the retirement community’s third major development in a decade, further enhancing the campus with 101 independent living residences, ranging from 1,100 to 1,700 sq. ft. Thoughtfully designed in a modern Tudor architectural style that complements the surrounding neighborhood, the expansion will also include significant renovations to the existing assisted living and memory care areas.[KB1.1] An indoor terrarium walking bridge will link West End to the main campus.
