Design and renovation plans, led by Rockford’s in-house design and Precision Services teams, are underway for Blandford Nature Center’s maintenance/utility garage. The building will centralize tool and vehicle storage following the acquisition of the Highlands property. The project emphasizes energy efficiency and sustainability and prioritizes insulation, efficient conditioning, and natural lighting solutions. The garage is also prepared for future solar panel installation, with salvaged wood trusses minimizing waste during demolition. The project successfully transforms the garage into a hub for operations and aligns with Blandford’s commitment to environmental stewardship and efficiency.
