Central Park is a multi-unit rental community situated on a 33-acre site surrounded by wetlands. The project included 216 residential units housed in nine, three -story buildings. Rockford built a community center in the heart of the property containing an event room, fitness room and business center. The project was turned over in phases to allow immediate occupancy.
