Davenport University’s College of Business is an innovative state-of-the-art facility designed to prepare students for their future careers by embodying the feel and function of a corporate office. The 60,000 sq. ft. building features flexible classrooms, group study as well as independent study spaces, offices, suspended video wall, three-story glass curtain, eatery and coffee shop, and exterior study terraces. The building is entirely wireless and designed to incorporate multi-media technology. With features such as interactive classrooms, collaboration spaces, and moveable workstations, the Business School provides an environment that nurtures entrepreneurship and allows students to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Virtual Design and Construction guided coordination of the multi-use YMCA and Caledonia Community Schools athletic complex, using detailed modeling to align aquatics systems, structural components and shared community spaces. Digital planning enhanced collaboration among partners, reduced field conflicts and supported efficient execution across the two-story facility and surrounding site improvements.
