Adjacent to Grand Valley State University’s (GVSU) Pew campus and a short distance to Grand Rapids’ Center City, Fulton Place was a new constrution project including three buildings: a 13,000-sq.-ft. building with three-story townhomes; a three-story 5,500-sq.-ft. building containing apartments; and a five-story 125,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use building with a mix of lofts and apartments. In total, Fulton Place features 109 units with 226 beds and 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
