Grand Valley State University’s (GVSU) Innovation Design Center for Engineering is an expansion of the Padnos College of Engineering. It serves as a vital resource for students and as a catalyst for innovative partnerships between the college, companies and community. The facility provides expanded flexible project space for GVSU students and dedicated space to bring multiple schools together for K-12 STEM projects. The building features classrooms, lab space, open work areas, offices and storage.

Virtual Design and Construction guided coordination of the multi-use YMCA and Caledonia Community Schools athletic complex, using detailed modeling to align aquatics systems, structural components and shared community spaces. Digital planning enhanced collaboration among partners, reduced field conflicts and supported efficient execution across the two-story facility and surrounding site improvements.
