Rockford completed this luxury hotel and event center in partnership with Pepper Construction Group. The glass-enclosed and uniquely designed hotel is 24 stories tall with the entire structure sitting along the Grand River. In addition to more than 300 guest rooms, the finished project includes a 13,000 sq. ft. ballroom, signature restaurant, destination lounge, health club, indoor pool, conference facility and business suites and a rooftop helipad. JW Marriott represents luxury lodging at its finest. An adjacent 750-space parking structure is also located on the hotel’s south side.
