Kabo Flats is a mixed-use development combining commercial space with affordable housing options. The 75,000 sq. ft. building features 57 apartment units on the upper three stories of the four-story building, a white box commercial space, common area on the main level and rooftop amenity space. The project was delivered with significant participation from Minority-, Women-, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) partners, is an Enterprise Green Communities project and was completed with support from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).
