Rockford is serving as Owner’s Representative for the new 450,000 sq. ft. Kalamazoo Event Center in downtown Kalamazoo, a multipurpose venue designed to anchor community activity year-round. The facility will host nearly 240 events annually, from concerts and shows to collegiate and professional sporting events, including future home games for Kalamazoo Wings and Western Michigan University’s hockey, and men’s and women’s basketball. The Center also features a 1,200-car parking deck and a flexible event space to support a wide range of uses.
