As part of Meijer’s corporate campus, this space provides a modern, collaborative work environment. Rockford completed the building renovation which added centrally located stairs, cafe, an outdoor courtyard and complete interior finish upgrade. Vertical openings also placed from floor-to-roof provided team members natural light with the addition of large skylights. As part of an exterior renovation, Rockford also constructed new canopies to visually connect this building to the larger campus. This project was successfully completed in multiple phases while the building was fully occupied.
