Rockford completed a 750 sq. ft. addition to the Meijer Purple Cow Creamery in Tipp City, Ohio. The addition added 60,000 gallons of raw milk volume/capacity, along with 10,000-gallon creamery capacity. Construction consisted of insulated metal panels, epoxy floors, interstitial ceilings for extensions of food grade utilities and a temperature wall that fell under Best Management Practice (BMP). Other modifications included various internal rooms with insulated metal panel walls and additional parking. Construction was completed under budget in an operational facility without any lost time.
