This project represents a monumental success among Meijer, Bergmann Associates and Rockford. Together, we helped develop the 50-acre site and construct a more than 500,000 sq. ft. distribution center. This was the result of our ability to execute the project quickly (within ten months), and as a design-builder, where designs were being completed as we were building.
