This mixed-use construction project brought nationally-known and locally-owned New Holland Brewing Company to Grand Rapids’ West Side. Half of the new development space is occupied by New Holland, featuring an indoor and outdoor beer garden with retractable roof, three separate bars, a wood-fired oven and many dining spaces suited for private events. Unique architectural elements are incorporate throughout including three-story, patina-finished "trees" and a large central bar featuring modern design finishes. The other half of the development includes additional retail, restaurant and residential space. New Holland’s move to the West Side brought 220 new jobs to Grand Rapids and is helping promote 24/7 activation along Bridge Street.
