Notions Marketing partnered with Rockford to demolish a 20,000 sq. ft. portion of an existing building and construct a 115,000, 50’ eave height high-bay structure, which includes a 10,000 single-story office structure. The addition consists of conventional structural steel, precast concrete and insulated metal panel skin, and will house three material handing equipment vendors: Opex, Dematic and Speed Rack. This project also included the construction of a conveyor and bridge across the street to connect two separate buildings for material handling.
