Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan, the Studio Park Tower and Lofts is the fifth tallest building in the city. Constructed on top of the existing six-deck parking garage, the addition of the post-tensioned residential tower brought the building’s total height to 22-stories. To address the housing need in Grand Rapids, 16 of the tower’s floors are dedicated to living and include approximately 25 condominiums and 165 apartment units varying between studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Condos on the top floor are customizable to the needs of the individual owners.
