Rockford transformed an iconic waterfront building anchored along Charlotte Harbor following significant hurricane damage. Formerly home to Harpoon Harry’s and The Captain’s Table, the project redesigned the space into two new restaurants—Castaways on the open-air first floor and Latitude 26 on the more upscale second level. Additionally, Rockford undertook a complete interior overhaul and rebuild of the dock system that surrounds the property on three sides.
