Each year, more than 3,000 patients travel across the state to University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor to receive post-procedure or post-operative care. Recent projects at University of Michigan Health-West Hospital help to expand services in the West Michigan area, reducing the need for costly patient travel. Spaces included: nuclear camera and hot lab renovation, trauma renovation and mechanical upgrades, scope decontamination room, bronchoscopy room relocation, urology suite renovation, surgical oncology and infectious disease renovation, pulmonary suite relocation, pharmacy lab renovation and mechanical upgrades, kitchen remodel, AHU Replacement and finish upgrades.
