Rockford leveraged our “Develop, Build, Manage” platform in support of Venture Connect’s move from the Grand Rapids’ suburbs to the city’s ever-expanding West Side. Employing a design-build approach, we refreshed a dated space by building private offices, small huddle rooms, conference rooms, a lounge, exterior patio and more. All work was accomplished operating within the building’s existing architecture.
