The renovation of the Academic Learning Center reflects the efforts of modern education to encourage collaboration and flexibility. The 7,500 sq. ft. project involved transforming existing classroom space into an open, multi-use workspace which allows for a variety of uses. The space features many unique finishes, including creative carpet tile design and high-end cabinetry and countertops. Utilizing a detailed safety and logistics plan, Rockford successfully completed the renovation while the building remained occupied during the school year. The project also achieved LEED certification.
