Rockford completed a four-story, wood-framed extended stay hotel containing 126 rooms. Rockford’s quality of construction earned a score of 98% from the owners — the highest opening score a property has ever received among more than 200 openings. Rockford has also built Woodspring Suites in Merrimack, New Hampshire, Rochester Hills, Michigan and Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
