Bring on a Bold New Year!

In our industry, it’s not enough to be safe, competitive and innovative. To exceed client expectations, we have to look beyond ourselves toward the bigger picture. We need to be engaged in, inspired by, and accountable to our communities. At Rockford, we’re driven to be innovators, to deliver safe and creative solutions because we know that doing so impacts countless communities and community members.

This work takes courage, a trait our team consistently demonstrates. Every day, people expect us to have courageous conversations and make courageous decisions. Project managers must have the courage to speak up often and early to prevent constructability issues and unnecessary costs. Superintendents must have the courage to face onsite challenges and to promote safety, even when doing so is neither easy nor popular. I, myself, must have the courage to lead our business into new territories.

We don’t choose to be courageous because it’s easy, but because it’s meaningful; the spaces we create support businesses, students, families, and many others. We build these spaces for you – our clients, partners, friends, and communities. But we couldn’t do this work without you. Thank you for your continued support.

We look forward to the opportunities of the coming year,
