One of the ways we bring this commitment to life is through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, which provides team members with dedicated time each year to support causes that matter most to them.
By offering eight hours of paid time off specifically for volunteering, we empower our team to step outside of their day-to-day responsibilities and invest in meaningful community work. Whether it’s supporting local schools, lending a hand at nonprofit organizations or contributing to community events, VTO creates opportunities for our people to make a difference in ways that align with their passions.

Across the company, team members are using VTO in a variety of impactful ways:

Powered by a Team Effort
In addition to individual volunteer efforts, Rockford supports a dedicated employee-led volunteer group, RC Cares, that helps bring these opportunities to life. This group plays an important role in fostering a culture of service across the organization by:

- Connecting departments and individuals with local nonprofit opportunities
- Coordinating group service days that bring teams together outside the workplace
- Leading by example through active participation in volunteer efforts
