Amplify GR HUB 07
New Construction: $25-50 Million
Amplify GR's HUB 07 was honored in the New Construction category for transforming a long-vacant site into a vibrant community destination. Located in a historically underserved neighborhood, the two-story facility brings together event space, community programming, a café, coworking areas and a Corewell Health clinic under one roof.
The project required a creative, phased approach that included demolition, renovation and raising the existing structure to add a second floor. Today, HUB 07 serves as a resource-rich gathering place designed to support connection, opportunity and neighborhood growth.
EV Battery Client
Renovation / Addition / Tenant Build-Out: More than $40 Million
Rockford's work with an EV Battery Client earned recognition for the successful renovation and expansion of 130,000 square feet of clean room space within an active manufacturing environment.
The project involved extensive infrastructure, utility and mechanical upgrades, all while maintaining continuous production operations. Through careful planning and coordination, the team overcame significant supply chain challenges and executed complex utility transitions that enhanced the facility's efficiency, reliability and long-term performance.
In addition, Rockford trade partner Quality Air received an Excellence in Construction Award in the HVAC: More than $10 Million category for its contributions to the project.
Amway Corporation - The Commons
Renovation / Addition / Tenant Build-Out: $20-40 Million
The Commons at Amway was recognized for reimagining the company's corporate entrance and executive spaces into a modern, welcoming environment that enhances the employee and visitor experience.
Spanning 60,000 square feet, the renovation features mass timber construction, expansive glass elements and premium finishes that bring natural light and warmth into the workplace. The completed project balances striking design with practical functionality, creating a space that supports collaboration, connection and productivity.
