Life at The Hendrik: Tina Barile

Editor’s Note: The following blog post was written by Tina Barile, a Rockford Property Management resident who lives at The Hendrik.

As soon as I learned that there was an apartment situated directly above Bridge Street Market, I knew I had found my next home. The Hendrik’s location on Bridge Street is ideal, with walkability to downtown and all the popular bars and restaurants on Grand Rapids’ West Side.

After participating in a virtual tour of an apartment with a private terrace, I immediately submitted my application and was counting down the days until my move-in date. In addition to the terrace, I was most excited about the kitchen, which offers new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island. The community also features a fitness center, parking garage and community room with rooftop terrace. When considering the location, all the amenities and new features, the cost of rent was reasonable as well.

What’s been especially wonderful, though, is the building’s management team. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Any time I have submitted a maintenance request, I have received immediate assistance. The team is very thoughtful, constantly giving gifts to the tenants as well as organizing various events to bring the community together.

I cannot say enough great things about Rockford Property Management. For all of these reasons and more, The Hendrik has been a perfect living situation for me and I could not have asked for a better experience in Grand Rapids.
