Butcher’s Union
The location of a former nightclub, Butcher’s Union is a unique restaurant that has become a fixture of Grand Rapids’ West Side. Rockford transformed the space with an eclectic design that honors the historic character of the neighborhood.
Many project elements were re-used, including the repurposed tin ceiling from a renovated building one block away.
