Since our last All Team in October, our work has taken shape across a diverse range of industries — each project reflecting the thoughtful collaboration, technical expertise and care our teams bring to every detail. From complex builds to highly customized solutions, we’re proud of the momentum we’ve created and the relationships we’ve strengthened along the way. The projects below offer a closer look at what we’ve accomplished together.
Meijer DC 888
Meijer Distribution Center 888 stands at 90 feet tall and will house massive racks, conveyor systems and pallet packing technology once complete in the 375,000 sq. ft. building.
Oak Park Schools — Athletic Training Center
This renovation transformed a once-vacant and deteriorating 100-meter, six-lane pool into a modern athletics and training hub.
Lakewood Place Apartment Village
Lakewood Place Apartment Village is a 190-unit residential development located on nearly 24 acres at 275 E. Lakewood Blvd. in Holland, Michigan.
Northern Michigan University — Harden Hall
Originally constructed in 1971, Rockford recently renovated the existing Lydia M. Olson Library within Harden Hall.
Howmet — Executive Offices
Rockford transformed 14 offices, two new conference and breakout rooms, and an expanded kitchen into spaces designed for connection and productivity.
Clare-Gladwin RESD — Career Technical Education Building
The Clare-Gladwin Regional Education Service (CGRESD) District offers a variety of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, including manufacturing, agricultural science, construction trades, culinary arts and more to high school upperclassmen.
Blandford Nature Center — Highlands Pavilion
The Pavilion at the Highlands is designed to deepen how visitors experience and connect with Blandford Nature Center’s restored landscape. Project opens to the public in May 2026.
Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore — DreamLab
Rockford renovated the new 7,321 sq. ft. Girl Scout DreamLab in Kentwood, MI, creating an accessible, state-of-the-art space designed to strengthen the Girl Scout presence in Greater Grand Rapids.
Kalamazoo Event Center
Rockford is serving as Owner’s Representative for the new 450,000 sq. ft. Kalamazoo Event Center in downtown Kalamazoo, a multipurpose venue designed to anchor community activity year-round.
Birmingham Public Schools — Bingham Farms and Quarton Elementary School
Rockford served as Construction Manager for two distinct projects for Birmingham Public Schools — each tailored to meet the specific needs of its campus.
